Article 1 – Definitions
The following definitions apply to these General Terms and Conditions:
Withdrawal Period:
The period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with EU and Irish consumer protection law.
Consumer:
A natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession, who enters into a distance contract with Maeve & Luna Dublin.
Continuous Contract:
A distance agreement relating to the regular or ongoing supply of products and/or services.
Right of Withdrawal / Cooling-Off Right:
The consumer’s statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within the applicable withdrawal period under EU law.
Business:
Maeve & Luna Dublin, offering products to consumers through distance sales.
Distance Contract:
A contract concluded between the consumer and Maeve & Luna Dublin through online communication methods.
Payment Reporting Obligations:
Any legally required reporting of transaction data to Irish or EU authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 3 – Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between the consumer and Maeve & Luna Dublin.
Before an agreement is concluded, these terms are made available electronically to the consumer.
Article 4 – Offers
All offers on the website are non-binding. Maeve & Luna Dublin reserves the right to modify prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time.
Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed separately during checkout.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded once the consumer has placed an order and payment has been successfully processed.
Orders may not be cancelled after dispatch. Consumers retain their statutory right of withdrawal as described in Article 6, unless an exclusion applies.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
No reason is required for withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless stated otherwise.
Article 6a – Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Items purchased with a discount of 40% or more (final sale)

Products explicitly marked as non-returnable
Sale items discounted by less than 40% may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Article 7 – Refunds and Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Upon a valid withdrawal, Maeve & Luna Dublin will refund the consumer within 14 days after receiving the returned item, provided it is:

With original packaging and tags
A €15 restocking fee per returned item applies and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Article 8 – Taxes and Duties
All orders are shipped within the European Union.
Maeve & Luna Dublin is not responsible for any additional charges arising from incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts.
Article 9 – Payment Reporting Compliance
Maeve & Luna Dublin complies with all applicable Irish and EU laws relating to payment processing, fraud prevention, and transaction reporting where required by law.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
All products must conform to the description and reasonable expectations presented on the website.
If a product is defective or non-conforming, the consumer must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging unless the defect prevents this.
Article 11 – Delivery
Orders are normally delivered within 30 days.
If a delay occurs, the consumer will be informed without undue delay.
Failure to accept delivery or provide correct delivery information is not grounds for a refund.
Article 12 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted by email within 7 days of discovering the issue.
We aim to respond within 14 days. If additional time is required, the consumer will be informed accordingly.
Article 13 – Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Disputes will first be resolved through mutual consultation.
If no resolution is reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Ireland.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your statutory rights under applicable Irish or EU consumer protection law.
